Professional Development for UW's Future

Learning and Development

The ATP Learning and Development program is designed to prepare all University of Wisconsin staff for a new way of working. Our innovative program will prioritize collaboration with learning and development professionals across the UW System to create a comprehensive training curriculum building on our dedicated staff’s expertise. Learning will be a people-first process, providing UW staff with opportunities to broaden their knowledge, share their insights, and actively participate in their own learning.

By leveraging process design, project management, and strategic thinking, we will reimagine administrative boundaries and rebuild our foundation via technical training and credentialing.
