Cutover is the time established for moving our business processes from the current technology systems like Human Resource System (HRS) and Shared Financial System (SFS) to Workday. Activities are deliberately sequenced and scheduled for the months leading up to and following our Workday go-live in July 2025.
A successful transition to Workday depends on a clear and timely cutover plan for when we stop entering information into old systems and begin entering information into Workday. In addition to HRS and SFS, cutover dates will be established for all currently impacted systems.
