While you get up to speed on the Workday implementation across the UW system, take some time to get to know the Administrative Transformation Program all-star team members who make our work possible. This month, we’re sitting down for a Q&A with ATP business systems analyst Ramesh Godishala, who works with our Integrations Team.
What’s your hometown?
I grew up in India and currently live in Middleton, Wisconsin.
How long have you worked in the UW system, where, and in what roles?
I’ve been with UW since 2010, working as a business systems functional analyst during the PeopleSoft implementation. I supported the system after go-live and worked as a senior business systems analyst on multiple teams, where I implemented new solutions, upgrades, and enhancements as well as operational support to various systems used by UW before coming to ATP in March 2023.
What’s your role and team on ATP?
I’m a senior business systems analyst on the ATP Integration Team.
Why did you want to work for ATP?
I was eager to work on this project because it represents a unique opportunity to leverage my skills in business analysis and contribute to the project’s success. I am particularly excited to build knowledge in Workday technology and support the integration of various ancillary systems to Workday across all UW institutions.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I have watched the Godzilla movie about 25 times and enjoy traveling with six of my elementary school classmates to spend time with them whenever possible.
