Access training and support on the Workday website

Workday will go live across the Universities of Wisconsin on July 7. The Administrative Transformation Program has created a variety of training methods and job aids to prepare finance, human resources, and research administrators for the transition to Workday. All employees and managers can also learn how to use Workday’s self-service features to manage their employment information, including payslips, time and absence, learning, performance, and personal contacts.

The Workday website is your go-to resource for training information and support before and after go-live. Explore the website to find:

  • The Course Catalog, which describes what you will learn in each Workday training course
  • Curriculum Guides that help you navigate your Workday journey so you can build your knowledge
  • News and Announcements to keep you current on the latest implementation updates
  • Access to the Workday Job Aid Library, which contains step-by-step instructions for a specific process
  • Access to the Enterprise User Support Portal, which provides staffed help, as well as guidance to relevant job aids for all Workday users. The full tool will be available when Workday goes live in July 2025.

New resources will be added leading up to and beyond Workday go-live, including:

  • Information about reports in Workday
  • Enhanced news and announcements, including release information, system status, and bug fixes
