How long have you worked in the UW System, where, and in what roles?
I worked with the Office of Human Resources at UW-Madison for almost 15 years before joining ATP. My initial role was managing employee learning conferences and special events; my second role focused on new employee orientation and onboarding. Most recently I also oversaw performance management.
What’s your role and team on ATP?
I’m part of the HR Strategy Team, serving as the Design Team Lead for Talent and Performance Management.
Why did you want to work for ATP?
I believe in the positive impact that a centralized, integrated solution for human resources, finance, and research can bring to the UW. I’m excited to be a part of an initiative that allows me to work with creative and dedicated individuals to find effective and efficient solutions.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I’m a clog dancer with a local clog-dancing organization. You might see us performing in a Madison-area parade this summer.
