When Workday goes live, you will have a new resource called Workday Learning to help you find, access, and track your training and professional development. You can also use it to find courses to help you reach your performance goals.
This is the first time Universities of Wisconsin employees will share a learning resource. You will have quick access to a growing catalog of Universities of Wisconsin training and professional development offerings, plus LinkedIn Learning courses.
Some of the features of Workday Learning include:
- Search functionality to help you find topics of interest and get prompts for suggested learning opportunities
- My Library, where you can save individual courses, or multiple courses as a Learning Path
- One place to enroll, access, and track your progress as you complete courses
- Notifications when it is time for you to take mandatory training related to your job
- Tracking to see your progress in real time for all the courses you’re enrolled in
- A comprehensive transcript of all training and courses accessed via Workday Learning throughout your employment with Universities of Wisconsin
With Workday Learning, managers will be able to enroll their entire team for training and track their progress. They will have access to more learning and professional development resources to help their team members reach their performance and career goals.
