Workday Progress and Updates
In March and April, the Human Resources Strategy Team conducted 16 Discovery Sessions with ATP’s system implementation firm, Huron. These sessions introduced Workday features, concepts, and terminology to shape the Workday Foundation Tenant build, as well as prepare the team to move into the Architect Stage.
The HR Strategy Team had more than 354 unique attendees across all sessions. The number of attendees by session is indicated below.

What’s Next
- The HR Strategy Team is finalizing the UW HR data for the Foundation Tenant build, which will be used during the Architect Stage to facilitate detailed design sessions.
- The team is beginning to identify needs around data cleanup and change impacts.
- On May 2, ATP will kick off the Architect Stage and begin Future State Process Design Sessions with small design focus groups.
