While you get up to speed on the Workday implementation across the UW System, take some time to get to know the Administrative Transformation Program all-star team members who make our work possible. This month, we’re sitting down for a Q&A with ATP’s Conversion Strategy Lead, Michelle Weber.

What’s your hometown?
Oak Creek, WI

How long have you worked in the UW System, where, and in what roles?
I started as a PeopleSoft apps developer two years ago and moved into my current role about five months later.

What’s your role on ATP?
ATP Conversion Strategy Lead

Why did you want to work for ATP?
I like a challenge. The work required for conversion as we move to Workday aligned well with my 20-plus years in data warehousing.

What’s a fun fact about you?
I am the youngest sibling of seven. There is a 17-year gap between the youngest and oldest. Our family reunion last summer (just my siblings and offspring) was 65 people!
