Following seven months of collaborative work between ATP design teams and representatives from across the UW System, ATP moved one step closer to completing business process design work this month with the kickoff of Customer Confirmation Sessions (CCS).
Customer Confirmation Sessions are the final step in the ATP business process design and validation work before the setup of business processes in Workday is finalized and testing begins in July 2023.
The goal of these sessions is to confirm the future-state design of Workday and collect actionable feedback from stakeholders for the remaining design work. ATP will also present the configuration for finance, human resources, and research administration workflows.
ATP design and cross-functional teams invited Focus and Validation Group members, governance and business owners, ancillary systems owners, and Readiness Team members to join them for 28 Customer Confirmation Sessions from mid-January to mid-April 2023.
